Website & App Services Refund Policy
Last updated: 27 Oct 2026
1. Advance / booking amount
- Most packages start with an advance (shown on each package, usually 30โ40%). Work is scheduled after the advance is verified.
2. Cancellation before work starts
- If you cancel before work has started, you get a full refund of the advance.
- If a payment gateway (not direct UPI) charged a processing fee on your payment, that fee may be deducted.
3. Cancellation after work starts
- The advance is non-refundable once work has started, as it covers time already spent.
- Any amount paid beyond the advance may be refunded on a fair, pro-rata basis according to the work completed (design, pages, features delivered).
4. After final delivery
- After final delivery and your approval, or once the website/app is live, no refund is possible.
- Bug fixes are provided as agreed for the package.
5. Scope changes
- New features or changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately. Scope changes are not a reason for refund of work already done.
6. Third-party costs
- Costs paid to third parties on your behalf โ domain, hosting, Google Play developer fee, paid plugins/themes, APIs โ are not refundable by us.
7. Client delays
- If the project is stuck for a long time because content, feedback or approvals are not provided, delivery timelines move accordingly. A long delay from the client side is not a reason for a full refund; the after-start rules above apply.
8. How to cancel / request a refund
Email us at info@winziya.com with your order ID (WZ-โฆ), name and UTR/transaction ID, and the reason. We will confirm the work status and the refundable amount in writing.
9. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 working days to the original payment method (UPI/bank account). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
10. Cancellation by us
If we cannot take up your project, we will refund the full amount paid.
