Website & App Development Terms

1. Scope & quotation

• These terms apply to website, web app, Android app, admin panel and related development services by Winziya, India.
• Package descriptions on winziya.com are starting points. The exact scope, features, pages, timeline and price are confirmed with you in writing (WhatsApp/email quote) before work starts. That agreed quote is the scope of work.

2. Payment & milestones

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is by UPI; an order is confirmed only after we verify the payment (UTR/screenshot).
• Most packages start with an advance (shown on the package, usually 30–40%); the balance is due on delivery, before the final handover / go-live, unless other milestones are agreed in the quote.
• Cancellation and refunds follow the Website & App Refund Policy.

3. Timelines & your responsibilities

• Timelines (see Delivery Policy) start after the advance is verified and we receive your content (text, logo, images, product data, logins).
• You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals on time. Delays in content, feedback, approvals or third-party reviews (e.g. Play Store) extend the timeline.
• You confirm you have the rights to all content you give us.

4. Revisions & change requests

• Reasonable revisions during design are included, as agreed in the quote.
• New features, new pages or changes beyond the agreed scope are change requests and are quoted and billed separately.

5. Third-party services

• Domain, hosting, Google Play developer account, paid plugins/themes, APIs, SMS/email or payment gateways are third-party services. They are registered in your name where possible, and their costs are paid by you, even if we arrange them for you.
• We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes or rejections by these providers.

6. Ownership & portfolio

• After full payment, you own the final custom design, content and project source code delivered to you.
• We keep the right to reuse our general code, libraries, tools and know-how.
• We may show the project (screenshots, link) in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Support & maintenance

• Bug fixes for the delivered scope are provided for the support period mentioned in your package or quote. Ongoing maintenance, updates and new work after that are separate paid services.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only for your project. Please change passwords after handover.

9. No guarantee of results

We build with SEO and performance best practices, but we do not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, sales, app approvals or business results.

10. Limitation of liability

We work with care, but services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or data, or problems caused by third-party services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Termination

• Either side may end the project in writing. Payment for work done and refunds follow the refund policy.
• We may stop work if payments are not made, the content is illegal, or the project is used for fraud, abuse or illegal activity.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be resolved by discussion; failing that, courts at Delhi, India will have jurisdiction.
