eBook & Digital Product Terms

1. What you get

eBooks are digital PDF products (single eBooks, combo packs and bundles) sold on winziya.com/ebooks. Prices are in ₹ and paid by UPI.

2. Delivery

After we verify your payment (UTR/screenshot), the PDF is sent to the WhatsApp number or email you gave, usually within a few hours and at most 24 hours. See the Delivery Policy.

3. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the eBook for your own use.
You may not resell, share, forward, upload, reproduce, distribute, or offer the eBook (free or paid), in full or part, or claim it as your own.
Violation may lead to cancellation of access without refund and legal action.

4. Educational content — not professional advice

eBook content is for general education and information only.
Finance eBooks (investing, SIP, mutual funds, stock market, crypto, money management) are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Markets carry risk; do your own research or consult a qualified (e.g. SEBI-registered) adviser before decisions. We are not responsible for any gains or losses.
No eBook guarantees income, results or success.

5. Refunds

See the eBook Refund Policy: no refund after delivery, except duplicate payment, non-delivery, or an unfixable wrong/corrupted file.

Our total liability for any eBook order is limited to the amount paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Delhi, India have jurisdiction.
