1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of winziya.com and to any purchase from Winziya, operated by Winziya, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site or paying, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund PolicyeBook RefundsService Refunds and Delivery Policy.
2. Services
- We offer website, web app, Android app and admin panel development, as described in the packages on our homepage.
- The exact scope, features, timeline and price are confirmed with you on WhatsApp/email before work starts. Work outside the agreed scope may be charged extra.
- You must provide content, logos, images, logins and feedback on time. Delays from your side extend the timeline.
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, Play Store fee, paid plugins/APIs) are extra unless clearly included in the package.
3. eBooks & licence
- eBooks are digital PDF products delivered on WhatsApp or email after payment verification.
- You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own use only.
- You may not resell, share, upload, reproduce, distribute or offer the eBooks for free or paid download.
- eBook content is for education and information only. Finance eBooks and blog posts are not investment, tax or legal advice.
4. Prices & payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change, but the price shown when you order applies to that order.
- Payment is by UPI (and in future, via a payment gateway). An order is confirmed only after we verify the payment.
- For services, an advance payment may be required before work starts and the balance before final handover/go-live.
- Giving false payment details or screenshots is fraud and the order will be cancelled.
5. Intellectual property
- After full payment, you own the final custom design and content created specifically for your project.
- We keep the right to reuse our general code, libraries, tools and know-how, and to show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
- All website content, blog posts, logos and eBooks of Winziya remain our property.
6. Limitation of liability
We work with care, but the site, services and eBooks are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or data, or problems caused by third-party services (hosting, Play Store, payment providers). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be resolved by discussion; failing that, courts at Delhi, India (city/state) will have jurisdiction.
