Delivery Policy (Shipping)

1. No physical shipping
Winziya sells only digital products and online services. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges.
2. eBooks
- After you pay, we verify your payment (UTR/screenshot).
- The PDF is sent to the WhatsApp number or email you gave, usually within a few hours and at most within 24 hours of verification.
- If you have not received it in 24 hours, contact us at info@winziya.com or via Help & Support.
3. Services
- Typical timelines: basic website 5–10 working days; e-commerce, web app, admin panel or Android app 3–8 weeks, depending on scope.
- The exact timeline is confirmed before work starts and begins after the advance payment and receipt of your content.
- Delivery is online: a live website/link, source code, APK/AAB or Play Store upload, and login details, as agreed.
- Delays caused by late content, feedback or third-party approvals (e.g. Play Store review) extend the timeline.
